Picked up a ribeye. Some may argue a good steak doesn't need marinade, but I haven't had Montreal in years and craving it. Store was all out of it so did some research and doctored my own, without coriander, replaced with light italian blend since oregano was a recommended substitute, out of that too. Oil, Balsamic vinegar, little water and added a few drops of worcestershire... Can't wait.
