Super simple. Dry aged 5 days. Bought a probe thermometer to get the right temp. 3 rib roast, plenty of leftovers. Best fucking rib roast I've ever had. The outer fat tastes like bacon.
Threw the leftovers on the grill last night and came out with close to the best steaks I've ever grilled.
