Cougar is really just like pork, its very good. Black bear is fantastic, but theyre omnivores, not full meat eaters though they do eat meat. Ive heard bobcat / coyote / wolf isnt worth a shit but i havent tried eating them. I may try eating bobcat at some point though ive been advised not to bother. I guess if its really gross i could just spit it out.
