Simply cut top to bottom all the way around the nut.

Drive a shape blade in the nut a little bit and twist holding the half.

The deeper the blade goes the harder it is to get off. Just be careful and don't stupid shit to remove it.

Then you can do about anything with it..

The spoon example shows an easy way to just eat it as a snack or to get small slices for a burger..

If you want whole burger rounds then slice the thing the want it look. The round way or the oval way, your choice.

There is a very short period of time to eat them between not ripe and too ripe.

I like em as close to firm and ripe enough at the same time. Not ripe enough and it's too hard and chunky.

I'ld try a slice on a burger and see what ya think.

As far as nutrition that is not available anywhere else, idk. I do know they are good for ya and nutritious. I don't remember the stats though. Many high in anti oxidents.. I forget..

Thanks man I appreciate it. I host a few functions for folks and I will put it to use. I like antioxidants. I drink real green tea a lot. I will give your recommendations a shot. I appreciate it a lot.
