What is a mississippi style roast?

It's primarily different from other pot roasts in that you use pepperoncinis. It has this very unique, delicious flavor, entire family loves it. I like it so much that I make it on my birthday over going out to eat :).

Neat. Can I find a recipe or should I ask how many peppers to a pound of beef?

There are many out there, this is the closest I could find to the one I have. If you don't have a pressure cooker it can be done in a crock pot or dutch oven as well.
