Looks like different people. Or crappy fake head. Nose and hair are different. Look at the nose. Dead guy has a slightly arched nose compared to a more straight line. The hair, the side by the eyes looks similar but different. Also, if you were in Jail it would grow out a bit more. This dude is getting a new face with major reconstruction and sent to a lovely suburb to enjoy his retirement.
