Look at a map, they're separate buildings and the footage linked is clearly at Sam's Club.

Agqin, look at a map, separate parking lots with a lot of distance between the two buildings, and were the police evacuating people to that side of the mall? The mall building is surrounded by parking lots. Also, the entrance to the Wal-Mart doesn't even face the mall.
