We pay for it in taxes alone. We pay in far greater ways as well. The foreign gov must pay, but that’s some back channel laundering after the fact.
What I meant here is that the pittance they get from American taxpayers above-the-table means nothing to them. It's the under-the-table financing they get from jews and their ilk are their true motivation. No one in congress gets rich off their salary. They get rich from serving ZOG and being traitors. There will always be money to go abroad even if we paid zero taxes.
