So how do these things get coordinated across the country and executed at the exact right time to not only create the temperature needed for fog, but to keep pathogens alive and ensure delivery?

I get it - the small lies are covered up and the big lies won't need a cover since public incredulity will do that work, but this just seems over the top.

The mysterious fog in my part of the country was caused by an uncommon but not necessarily rare temperature inversion. Then the snow and ice left on the ground turned to fog through sublimation.

I drove through that fog along the Texas coast. It was thicker and over a larger area than I have ever seen ever in my life. I had to drive at about 10 under the limit just to not over drive my lights so I wouldn't run in to anything.

Black plague or bubonic plague they had fogs. Said green like fogs surround the areas to “kill plague” but was actually causing it.

Serratia is seen all the time in hospitals and it's usually from poor sterile or clean technique. Filthy ass docs and other staff that won't wash their hands between patients . It's very treatable with antibiotics but can make medically vulnerable very ill.
