There should be an endless supply of patsys. I thought every agent was graded on number of unpaid interns, informants, and patsys they had working for them.

I think you are correct about lone wolf attacks coming back with a vengeance. Holiday cars of peace plowing through parades and gatherings as well.
I'm sure the higher value targets are in a good deal of danger. However, I think they will move more to punish the populace for their views and choices. They will want the people pushing for change to live in fear and subdued. No outdoor malls, concert venue, parade or large like minded gathering will be safe.
Rampaging vehicle attacks, large scale paid for riots and disruptive behavior will come back just as fast as it disappeared when the Dems got elected.
