CIA
Eh. Feels like well-poisoning. Everyone know JFK was assassinated by a foreign actor. They likely got there on the assumption false that it was the CIA. We all know who and this just seems like a distraction to poison the well of the true actors at fault. He does this a lot and I really don't like it. Maybe I'm being too nitpicky but I don't think so. It's important to not push these kinds of distractions and if you do it to not get suicided which would be likely were the truth stated then you just keep your mouth shut or say something slightly vague but not simply a distraction.
