...so doxxing people on Poal by getting them to share their personal info is not against TOS.

That is completely fucked up. Also it isn't about sharing personal info. It doesn't take much to dox someone.

That's how it is unfortunately. Allowing this kind of behavior makes it difficult to trust anyone. Who knows how many other account he has that he keeps secret and pays more attention not to out himself.
