Van Allen belts... I've already read this one and the comments. I ended up reading a spy novel with technobabble and bad predictions about the Yakuza destroying the US. The De Aquino stuff is interesting. It's about controlling mass with extra-low frequency radiation and gravilectric generators. Research papers are one thing, prototypes are another, and being able to create a fucking earthquake is something entirely different. I'm not saying it's impossible, but I'm not buying it until I see more evidence and can understand the details. Plus, I don't really give a shit outside of curiousity. We already have plenty of ways to destroy cities and poison people. It's still a distraction.
