The production of very low-frequency waves (ELF ) by interacting with the ions present in the Van Hallen belts, can, due to the interaction between the electric field and the gravitational discovery by Professor Fran De Aquino, lead to a reduction in gravity over a certain area of the earth.

Van Hallen belts

Well I'm completely sold on this being 6 gorrillion percent accurate and real.

They've been spamming this low IQ, poorly written HAARP shit over the last few days. My favorite was some kike earlier today linking this long paper about scalar earthquake weapon technobabble. I actually read it. It was indeed garbage. Plus, the author claimed that the Yakuza were going to destroy the US in 3 years. It was written in 2004, so I guess that prediction didn't happen.

These are simply "look over here goy" distractions and well poisonings. Anyone who preaches this shit is going to be viewed as a low IQ crazy by outsiders and all of poal will look crazy by association. That's exactly what these Qtard/flat earth/earthquake weapon kikes want. Classic well poisoning.

There is no question that the US and many other countries spent a lot of money looking into a way to control things like earthquakes. Turkey doesn't quite make sense as a target. However, they've proven to be pretty sophisticated with their drones during the second Nagorno-Karabakh War. I'd argue their use of drones eclipses any that have yet to be seen in combat including the US, and they did it seemingly without any satellite infrastructure. Their home grown tanks also seem to be pretty sophisticated. However, we haven't seen any tank v tank battles from first world military in decades so it is really hard to assess. I've been pretty shocked at how rapidly their defense technology has progressed recently.

Given this, a country like Russia might have motive to demonstrate or test such as weapon in turkey.

Turkey doesn't quite make sense as a target

Only because we don't understand the strategy. It's possible the government made a threat to someone else and said we will demonstrate our weapon. We will never know.

No way Russia did that, it was definitely the Martians.

Distraction so Israel can attack Syria?

Talking out your ass again about shit you've clearly never looked into. The technology is well documented. Maybe try reading sometime. It's good for you...

Are you trying to beat at being the biggest shill on Poal?

Where's the fucking technology well documented? I sure as shit haven't seen it.

Some asshole linked an abstract yesterday. I found the full paper and read it. It was total bullshit.

You're talking a bit out of your ass. Two scientists directly involved in the early programs believe earthquakes are theoretically possible with this technology. One stated he believes they accidentally created an earthquake with it. The other hoped the earthquake was simply coincidence. This is why the technology is directly associated with earthquakes. It's not a baseless association.

Now then, does this mean Turkey was attacked? No. But it's well inside plausibility and given who runs things, all the more possible. As such, reality gets in the way of your rant.

For someone who positions themselves as a great intellect you consistently fall short.

I call bullshit. Let's see a demo of the earthquake machine. If they actually had this weapon, it would be advertised.

I've also read their technobabble about these machines. It's BS. Explain to me exactly how it works. I was able to do that with fission and fusion bombs. Can't seem to find the details on these "earthquake machines".

I agree that our malevolent governments constructed this. I'm not sure of the technology they used because I'm not interested in pursuing this type of application. But based on what I've learned over the years, I'm convinced they've wasted taxpayer money devising such weapons. Consider only the financial implications of weather derivatives. The fact you can now bet on the weather, and only recently, tells me weather can be weaponized. So called "natural disasters" are not natural, rather engineered for military purposes. I believe the California fires, in recent history were weapons of some sort.
