Because whomever shopped it with the pendant made sure you saw the whole symbol despite the angle of the chain being such that the pendant would not want to sit where it can be seen. The chain angle indicates the lowest point of the chain droop would be below and to the right of the visible area and would completely obscure the view of the pendant. Sure the pendant could get stuck to the skin that high up, but as I said, the faker made certain you could see the whole pendant down the centerline of her body. That is a very human tell that it was faked. They want you to see it and see it in a complete and non-distracting way. By trying to make it look natural they actually made it look fake.
