This video is what happens when people who know nothing about physics, electronics or really any science read some paper titles and jump to sci-fi conclusions because they watch too many movies and TV. This guy has no fucking clue what these papers are really about or how diamond nano particles are actually being used in those papers. He's just using the scary sounding words to get other idiots to join in the cacophony of voices drowning out the real signal. I had to stop watching it because this video is so utterly wrong in its assumptions and "facts". Believe whatever you want to believe, but some of us are intelligent enough to know a bullshit FUD job when we see one. I know too much about physics and electronics (including IoT stuff) to believe any of his hooey. It just doesn't work that way. And don't give me any shit about "but they have stuff that's much more advanced that we haven't seen yet". That's a ruse to push disinformation to keep the fear cycle going.
