The guy talks about red license plates in the video. I didn't realize this was a thing. I skimmed this earlier when I posted this and the "TI" 's who report this aren't of any real significance. Some claim they used to work for the government or see a weird craft in the sky and all of the sudden they are under constant surveillance. I don't see any benefit to this type of surveillance to the government or any other group. You think the Clintons waste their time with gang stalking their enemies?

He's making himself crazy. He thinks that anytime he sees something red it is an indication of a surveillance team. That's not how real surveillance works. Real surveillance is designed to be INVISIBLE to the person being surveiled, in order to track them to a place the authorities want to know about, or to observe who they are meeting with. Spooking the person defeats the purpose of clandestine surveillance... since the person will then become hyper conscious about being tracked. This guy is making himself crazy, and is not thinking rationally.
