You forgot body double. Those are real. Pretty much every person on earth has someone who could be their double, a doppleganger. I've seen ones of my friends/family when traveling.

If you're going to be POTUS, if there's even a chance you might end up there- the spooks are absolutely combing the earth for a person who looks almost exactly like you. They may kidnap them and force them to be doubles, or they may invite them and pay them, who knows- regardless, the double must be trained in acting and watch thousands of hours of footage on their charge, learn all of their mannerisms and body language.

This double's face is just wrong. It does have that "uncanny valley" sense for me, so my money would be on "This is an AI generated deep fake". Perhaps they had his body double standing there, and they digitally altered his face to look more like Biden (did a shitty job of it, if so).

They just both seem different. It's creepy to be honest and also explains wearing aviators all the time to hide his eyes.
