They seem to be variation on classical Olympic spirit sigils used in the pre 20th century by the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.

I would hazard a guess that those symbols were used as a form of MK Ultra programming & triggering. He would have been activated when he saw the sigil. so it was either sent to him in an email, he received it in a mailshot letter, or he met with a handler who would have wore a badge with that exact sigil triggering his Orion programming.

I wonder how much money the CIA wasted on conditioning gimps like the highland shooter. Fucking embarrassment to the world the CIA is.

Orion programming from memory was first mentioned by the late David McGowan in his book Programmed to Kill. Also William (Bill) Cooper also mentioned it in his work 'Behold a Pale Horse'.
