I think so. It makes perfect political sense. They know what's coming and they need a scapegoat to avoid being dragged out of their homes and hung from the nearest lamp post. Now they can say "Russia did it! It totally doesn't have anything to do with the $30 trillion we've printed out of thin air and loaned to the government with interest."

it is not a question, it is a fact

not only, the economic crisis has been manufactured to erase the gigantic debt of western states

((some nutter)) has possibly a simulation that say that a "great reset", economical, would be good for ((them)) to have even more power

it may even be a reset in population size, just to be sure...
