The database returns zero matches for Robb Elementary. Conveniently, Texas and Washington “reported too late” so their records are incomplete.. aka, non existent. The pdf it provides for Texas doesn’t include Robb nor does it have any entries past H or so. Strange.

You’re right. It wasn’t downloading the whole list. Thanks for checking. I was trying to see if it was operational and couldn’t find it.
