Gates has been talking about monkeypox for well over a year. He will casually slip in the name of a pathogen while he's talking. He's mentioned ebola a bunch of times too. They're bringing all the exotic diseases- old and new- to the West so they can start big pharma income stream pathways a.k.a "treatment and vaccines".
