Here is the breakdown, I watched the video over and over, slowing it down to 1 frame per second in my video editor. 8 were black, 1 fat white chick who looked like a mudshark and 1 security guard that was either White or Hispanic. Right after this Peyton aims at another White guy who yells "Help" and the shooter apologizes with a "Sorry" turns and walks away before the live stream ends. I completely agree with the points you bring up as well.
