I can't just like you can't prove that the mainstream media narrative about space is real.
For example nobody can prove that the sun is 150 million km from Earth, we just have to accept it as truth.
So to prove that the sun is 150 million km from Earth, we can verify these claims?
What we actually measure is the distance from the Earth to some other body, such as Venus.
Since 1961, the distance to Venus can be determined directly, by radar measurements, where a series of radio waves is transmitted from Earth and is received after it bounces off Venus and comes back to Earth.
If you're this dense you understand nothing. We use similar techniques in construction on a regular basis. You use known and verifiable distances, plus basic physics to find undetermined measurements. If I have to explain the basics to you then you obviously suffer from confirmation bias and nothing I write will help you.
