It doesn't work this way. DNA is like fingerprints. All brains are different and have unique skills. A rocket scientist can't become somebody else. And somebody else can't become a rocket scientist.
Wut? ALL of that information is encoded in your DNA. ALL of it.
Your logic is flawed. You think they are saving sperm from smart people. So they can raise smart kids? Sperm doesn't work like that. Just because someone's dad was smart does not make them smart. They can however find matches in DNA encoding from multiple people with high IQ and then insert that information into other DNA. Of course it's way more complicated than that, involving proteins and RNA... yada yada. How do you think they make clones and designer babies? They can put whatever they want into DNA.
You don't understand how DNA works. Ray Bradbury was a genius. His wife was a good woman, but she was not. This is why their children are not geniuses like their father. If both parents have high IQ, their children will have high IQ too. Bruce Lee married a white woman with high IQ, this is why his son become a star like he was.

Both sperm and ovaries are comprised of DNA. They don't need the whole computer, they just need the code that runs it.
