This is retarded. What are the octets that correspond with the vaccine? Each MAC address either starts or ends with a combo of letters and numbers that correspond with vendor/manufacturer. If this is real the MAC address you find from a scan won't be tied with any well known hardware vendor.

How do you get anti-vaxxers to voluntarily opt in to contact tracing and tracking? Just tell them to download an app that will let them find the microchips in vaxxed people.
