I still post in conspiracy only because I'm used to. What is going on is not a conspiracy any more. It is obvious that what is going on is completely obvious bullshit and is possible only because the majority of people are mentally impaired somehow. What we are discussing here today must be happening in , because the only thing to understand is how many people suffer from mental retardation.

A "conspiracy" is two or more people plotting.

The World Economic Forum is, by definition, a conspiracy.

Perhaps you meant to say it's not a theory any more.

The older dictionaries say: Conspire; to plan/plot in secret or behind closed doors. Usually for nefarious purposes (as one would not need to keep it secret if not for it's evil) And in the past, any time one would use the word 'conspiracy' it would garner the same reaction as 'murder' "gasps women leave the room"

Now there is are new words, conspiracy theory and conspiracy fact (open conspiracy). Conspiracy theory, originally came up with by the DS to discredit their critics. Like "we know for sure this group of individuals attended this meeting, but we can only 'speculate' what was the subject of conversation. Here is what I think and why..."

Conspiracy fact: when it turns out someone with a recording or testimony confirms what went down in said meeting.

And bonus, open conspiracy. When there were no closed doors at all, it was announced publicly. Example, Bill Gates self-proclaimed eugenicist and wants to reduce the world population via injection.

Additional bonus: the media owners use the synonym collusion now when they want to make people think of sinister plots---as in "Trump colluded with Russia!"---because conspiracy is reserved for those wacky tin-foil hat wearers, like 9/11 truthers, chemtrail activists, and other Alex Jones viewers.
