Of course I don't know for sure but I don't just trust their coroner report. What do I know for sure in this case. Bob Saget himself publically on twitter stated he got the booster. So occam's razor says the vax killed him. That may or may not include falling and hitting his head but that coroner report doesn't make sense because as you say a small fall won't cause the amount of damage described. If they were done by a beating or baseball bat, that means foul play, it makes no sense his family would not want that investigated, unless paid off or for some other shady reason.
