Where is the government preventing intelligent design believers from expressing their views where they're not also preventing other views from being expressed? Content-neutral regulation of speech is not a violation of freedom of speech.
Tbf I don’t think that is what is being claimed here, more a matter of consensus bias techniques backed by institutional persecution. The governmental suppression of free speech is just the icing on the cake.
