In the 50s and 60s iirc the cia did experiments with lsd to see if it could be used for mind control purposes. It failed, but you are out of your mind if you think the driving motivation behind that research just disappeared. Is this a genuine mind control attempt? Seems far fetched, but I've seen too much shit come true in the last 10 years that I thought was impossible, so I refuse to say this could never be a real thing. I doubt its a thing right now, and if it is it will most likely be in the infant stages of development and refinement.
