I think your math is off a bit. The chances of shooting 3 jews (1.8% of the population) at random is 1 chance in 171,467. about 171,467:1 ratio.

The division by 100.
Round it up to 2%... To kill one jew randomly would be 1 chance in 50. To kill two in a row at random would be 1 chance in 50 x 50 or one chance in 2,500. To shoot three jews at random would be one chance in 50 x 50 x 50 or one chance in 125,000. At 1.8% the odds increase to 171,467.
