Sorry bub, we are social animals with social hierarchies. Get rid of government and you will be ‘free’ for exactly as long as it takes for the next guy and his friends to come along and hit you with a stick until they become your next government.
Correct. We need a voluntarist system, one which protects lives and property 100%. The STATE is what we have, and it is a devouring beast. A stateless society is possible if built by right thinking people. Merely overthrowing the current system does not equate to freedom; just leaves us open to the next tribal chief with goons.
A stateless society can only exist as a tiny entity, surrounded by other like minded entities. Even then the form of govt would be tribal, akin to small clans. Again though, a small utopian tribe or collection of tribes is ALWAYS vulnerable to the larger state and will always fall under the control of that state eventually.
