Grab a box of donuts next time in the grocery store and read the ingredients...some version of soy is listed like 6 times!
I've even found it in Ice-Creams and Hot Sauces.
WTF? Fucking ice cream and hot sauce? lol That's getting to be as bad as HFCS.
Soya as in soy? Never knew that.
Have a look at the ingredients next time you go shopping.
And tell shops you are allergic to soya. My aim is to create a market reaction to have non-soya foods.
