It is not true that healthy people don't get C19. The first victims were the US athletes at the Wuhan Military Games 2019, their performance was disastrous because they felt sick.

The virus sends proteins into the nucleus of infected cells to inhibit the gene expression needed for self defence. A healthy person with self defence switched off is not protected by being healthy. Ivermectin blocks virus proteins from entering the nucleus, restoring the self defence.
