It does look like she's an actual physician. It's possible they ginned up more info about her... Or does archive,org update sites based on spidering? If so then recent news might've allowed them to rediscover her page.
So can I get on there and add myself as a doctor? I know I can just buy a domain name and make a website saying most anything I want. Then, as someone else pointed out, let's say she is a real doctor. So much for her acting like an adult in that video.
Unless archive.org is part of the conspiracy, that page is from 2012. So she would've been pretending to be a doctor for nine years.
I remember some couple months ago that wayback machine started doing manual edits. I have no source and did not investigate if was true back then so don't take my anecdote as cash.
