The problems with making white babies come from a variety of factors, each of them introduced in modern times, which seriously hamper the process.
Most of this comes down to the fact that women have a limited time to produce offspring, and that they prefer wealthier, more masculine, and all around superior males as their partners, the the stronger each of these traits, the more the prospective partner will satisfy them.
Women's liberation and feminism are the first, by putting women in the workplace, they use up their fertile years studying or working, they also raise their standards, as they are now wealthier a man needs to reach a higher point of economic success to meet her standards, his job must be better than hers, and his masculinity must be higher as well.
Even the flipside of feminism sucks for reproduction, as it tells women that they shouldn't want wealthier, more masculine, and all around superior men as their partners, and this results in shit like women claiming they think it's sexy to see a man cry, when in truth it turns them off of the guy as a sexual partner, they say one thing to keep consistent with social pressures, but in truth their standards are the complete opposite. Then they claim to like are not the men they find attractive as romantic or sexual partners.
This affects white women and men most because they actually work, blacks can get away with working less, as can hispanics, and so they do, other cultures like arabs and asians are also less affected since their women aren't expected to work, and so they don't. This leaves everyone but whites with women who are looking for love in their fertile years, and who have lower standards for their partners.
Next is a controversial one, but the age of consent we have right now, which for practical purposes ranges from 18 to 21 is severely limiting the reproductive window for us, females humans are good to be fertile from puberty to menopause, the best years for reproduction being somewhere between the mid teens to the mid twenties. Do you see the issue here?
Historically the age where it was acceptable for a woman to get married was set more around this window of what medical science has long identified as the prime age range for baby making, with the current ages, women are often scrambling for a mate against the clock, it's only those lucky few who make it that make children.
Again, this is a problem for whites, because whites are law abiding, dame reasons mean this doesn't impact other races as much, for blacks and hispanics, they tend to be sexually promiscuous before puberty hits them, and there is no issue for most parents if their teenaged daughter is off having sex with a man in his fourties.
Asians and Arab cultures are the same, but fir different reasons, the lives 9f their women are far more structured, there's a guy set up for them long in advance and pressure for the woman to just take him.
Third problem, this one truly unique to whites, is that our entire society is built to keep us away from one another, we have so many cultural and social elements that are intended by design to prevent whites from meeting prospective partners, because the ones who run this system do not want us to reproduce.
This lockdown has made things even worse for us in terms of replenishing our populations, further increasing the problems is that all the factors listed above are enforced disproportionately against whites, with other races being let off or given leniency, the reason bring that all of these were designed to get white reproduction down from the start.
