I specifically said I was referring to Europe in my original post, so who gives a fuck about your “especially in the US”? You cannot be both a commoner and upper class. You can be both a commoner and a billionaire. Richard Branson and Elon Musk would both be commoner billionaires. Again, commoners cannot be upper class.
From your own post that you seemed to think contradicted me for some retarded reason:
The upper class[27] is the social class composed of those who are rich, well-born, powerful, or a combination of those.
Well-born means noble.
In the United Kingdom, for example, the upper classes are the aristocracy and royalty, with wealth playing a less important role in class status.
Applies to the vast majority of Europe, because even if we no longer maintain nobilities they are still pretty fresh in our memories. The only country this might not apply to is France, who are pretty opposed to the concept of class to begin with anyway.
You’re just wrong. Even the things you’re posting that you think support you prove you wrong. You should probably stop now.
Elon musk is as part of the middle class as bill gates is
Bill gates isn't part of the middle class end of stupid debate
Edit: Now please shut the fuck up you millennial piece of shit
Lol the death throes of the retard’s argument when even his own sources merely serve to reflect his own ignorance and inability to understand his sources. This has been a truly pathetic display and you are basically a nigger.
NOBILITY IS NOT THE ONLY CRITERIA TO QUALIFY AS UPPER CLASS
Get that through your head once and for all before calling anybody a "retard"
Guess who's the retard now?
lol
OP is wasting your time with nuance. This is why killing red coats was a good thing.
Musk is a first generation US immigrant citizen who became a millionaire. He is a conman. He is upper class. He's not a European citizen. And, if he becomes one he'd still be upper class.
Billionaire
But yeah. Nobility isn't the only criteria to qualify as upper class. Thinking otherwise is just plain retarded.
