Actually what he done was compose his articles on a dictaphone & get the office secretary to print it out for him. Also when he was the Telegraph correspondent in Brussels he actually phone in his articles. not once did he write with a pen or pencil. his first novel was actually ghostwritten for him. not once did he even do a rough draft of the book.
