Controlled libertarian jopposition.
Rand was such a pleasure to read, even if people like to shit on her for checking out of Atlas Shrugged in the end by turning it into a philosophy class’ final speech assignment.
In all seriousness, though, I believe everyone should give her a read.
What do you mean by this?
I said a lot there. What do you mean “what do you mean?”
The ending of Atlas Shrugged is literally just an essay, but I still think Ayn Rand is worth reading. What are you confused about?
She’s worth reading because she makes you question your preconceived notions on morality and selfishness, among other things.
Funnily enough, I have Rand to thank for me getting set on the path to becoming j-woke.
I meant what did you mean by the significance or lack there or of the ending. She was a jew, no?
Born Alisa Zinovyevna Rosenbaum to Russian jew parents.
Definitely bragging.
Ayn Rand was a jew.
As such, only thing she really focuses on are individual financial rights. This is because the jew doesn’t really understand European society, they only know how to engage in graft. When you take her work out of context some of it does sound very good, particularly if you’re a businessman. But it is not sound advice for European society. She doesn’t have the mindset that sends men to the stars, she has the mindset of a grumbling merchant protecting their skekels.
Where would you rather live: 1980s Sweden with high taxes but the highest standard of living, beautiful European women, and no diversity. Or would you rather live in modern Hong Kong away from all of your white culture. For me this is an easy answer.
You can take just about any homogeneous European society that is free from foreign influence and they will be successful regardless of the style of government. They want you to focus so much on taxes and material aspects of society that you miss what makes life worth living.
'Ayn' was a man
