The governments of this world have had very limited success making a virus that could kill like an actual pandemic virus has in the past. Back when anti- and retro- virals didn't exist and antibiotics, to treat secondary illnesses, didn't exist either. The real threat that exists in viruses is that we give government retarded authorities out of fear of what we can't see if we think that invisible thing may kill is.
