Literally every person in the Crypto cult that thinks they are outsmarting the people who created Crypto currencies. And a lot of these people are tech guys who should know better. As if a Gubment can't stop transaction packets at the ISP level or a thousand other ways to shut off access to crypto for a single person or a whole country.
