As soon as you realize the banality of 99% of all government work, you can move past most conspiracy theories. Seriously, government is mostly contracting, contract filling, budgeting, public relations. Bureaucrats usually aid the conspiracy theorists to break up the tedium of real government work.

Now, you're catching on. But just to clarify: which god lets children get raped and murdered exactly? Mine is the god of chaos, rules, and absurdity. My god does not facilitate evil. Evil exists regardless of my god's actions. Do you even know your god?

I don't waste my time debating whether the Easter bunny or Santa Claus killed Jesus. Who gives a shit how a person justifies their morality. There are people raping and murdering children on a massive global scale. This is a problem. If you believe this is wrong, why does it matter who you prey to?
