NASA has a rich history of mislabeling photos. I think it is because it is all a sham, but irrespective of that, I find the EXACTLY matching dust and the nearly identical backgrounds to suggest it is probably the same alleged lander.
On that note, I really get frustrated by people on both sides who share misleading or inaccurate information. It is enough that all the disinfo is out there. This post and science guys comment are a perfect example.
