I just realized, all of the NPCs will get vaccinated and die and I'll be stuck here wondering how shit got even worse than it was before.

The same communist elite will be in control after the purge. At least the useful idiots will have a chance of things getting better.

I figured you were thinking that way. I prefer to taunt them forever. Also, once they've gotten most of the idiots to die and they've reduced the population, they may simply go back to their mac mansions and leave the rest alone. I want see how this plays out.
