They seem to be doing a pretty shitty job of it. The mRNA injection doesn't give immunity, it suppresses the serious symptoms. Anyone getting a dose can still catch and transmit covid, and that includes any followup variants. Nothing is improved with the jab. Also, the jab seems to fucking take seemingly healthy players out at a fairly high rate, leading to more potential casualties than the actual virus.
