Trolls are saying it was just a video glitch from compression, but that's a HOAX because the camera re-drew the pillars behind Obama, they did not just leave a distorted frame, they left a clear frame with what was behind him showing. QUESTION: Is Biden even alive, or is everything being hoaxed via AI?
The top 1/8th of the frame smears down the rest of the screen. Notice how not only does his forehead become a brown mark but the columns lose all their bricks and take on a smooth appearance.

Head is transparent and body pixelated?
I was able to get a still shot from the video that shows his whole outline, but see through and a bit pixelated. The stuff in the background is clear too, and not distorted. Can someone tell me how to post a pic here?
