It’s just a collage of pretty much everything being repeated on places like pol and poal. It’s not exactly stupid because he knows repeating whatever anyone says will be enough to get the attention of non-critical thinkers. He’s not connecting dots he’s collecting conclusions. So plenty will be nonsense but some will be based on sensible ideas. But I doubt he knows the difference.
