I see news about Tuesday night everyone lighting up buildings over COVID-19 deaths, then Wednesday Biden is inaugurated. It reminds me of the AntiChrist coming to power in a festival of lights.

I looked up the Left Behind movies. I remember Kirk Cameron and the female lead walking through DC during an inauguration, with lights everywhere and someone breaking a window. That sounds like Wednesday, exactly. I can not find the video clip. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong movie?

The Left Behind books/movies are not a great source for Biblical eschatology.

If anybody is THE antichrist, it's the pope. Everybody wants to just forget that the vatican killed tens of millions of christians and made possession of the bible illegal.

With the lack of press coverage, I missed that. Please fill me in on the details.

Maybe not the cleanest sources but at least I can show I'm not making it all up

If you mean the "antichrist" from the bible, the bible says anyone who denies Jesus is the literal Son of God come in the flesh is "antichrist".

Not an end time boogeyman.

If you mean the "man of sin/son of perdition", those titles are claimed by the popes of rome.

Church Tradition has always held there will be a literal antiChrist ascendent during the End Times.

Then we must default to the scriptures to prove it. The word antichrist is used by only 1 author of scripture. John.

4 times.

1st John 2:18 - Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

1st John 2:22 - Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son

1st John 4:3 - And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

2nd John 7 - For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Those verses are the "biblical" antichrist.

Scripture should always be the default above tradition. It is speaking of a "spirit" or condition. Not a end time superman.

The Church is well aware of the Spirit of the antiChrist which is “already in the world”, and nevertheless despite this has always asserted that a literal human antiChrist would ascend to global power - along with the Beast and the False Prophet - as an “Unholy Trinity” in mockery of the Holy Trinity.

The two assertions don’t contradict each other - and Holy Tradition completes Scripture, not contradicting it. The Scriptures are themselves part of the Tradition, after all.

Chanukah is, the festival of lights.

I’ve never heard about that, but I have heard the antiChrist is a jew. So I don’t think it’s Biden - besides, for too many people dislike him.

"Joe Biden, a proud Catholic, has a very Jewish family." https://nypost.com/2020/11/10/joe-biden-a-proud-catholic-also-has-a-very-jewish-family/

From the article:

As Joe Biden preps to become the nation’s second Catholic president, the president-elect also has deep Jewish roots within his extended family. [emphasis mine]

He isn’t personally a jew.

The Anti-Christ is White. And the Anti-Christ is a good thing.

  • The (((Heroic-Epic))) of the (((Bible))) is NOT YOUR Heroic-Epic.
  • The (((People))) of the (((Bible))) are NOT YOUR People.
  • (((Jesus))) was NOT Germanic.
  • (((Jesus'))) (((Apostles))) were NOT Germanic.
  • (((Jesus))) DID NOT preach the (((Gospel))) in the Germanic Fatherland.

(((Christianity))) is the (((Heroic-Epic))) of a (((Foreign-Jew-God))) who wants to enslave you for all eternity.

Remember, you are White. Remember, your people are White. Remember, your Gods are White.

Remember, YOU are the !

Heil Odin!

Dude, that’s ridiculous. Why would I take seriously the ravings of some weird outsider, claiming “my people” are antiChrist ?

Don’t bother answering that. You deny basic fundamental tenets of the Faith, then proceed to try to argue from them for just long enough to score points with some real Zingers!!

Be well, go your way.

some weird outsider

If you consider someone who advocates for the Germanic people as, "some weird outsider", then you must be a Jew.

I chose my people and the Heroic-Epic of my people. You chose the (((Heroic-Epic))) of a (((Foreign-Jew-God))).

Heil Odin!

I'll just throw this one detail out there: festival of lights could be a reference to hanukkah

That's all.

You are focused on one part and not looking at the whole picture.. the entire world has been affected by events. Simultaneously. That in itself should be an eye opener. God bless. You are not alone. We are all in suspense but do not hide your light.

Another interesting tidbit, several web sites cite this:

Luke 17:32-37 Remember Lot’s wife. 33 Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. 34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. 35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. 37 And they answered and said unto him, Where, Lord? And he said unto them, Wheresoever the body is, thither will the eagles be gathered together.

But BibleHub.com now says Luke 17 ends at verse 26.

I'm looking at the NKJV in both.

It's just not there online, but it's in my printed bibles.

Check for yourselves.

Two women grinding together? Nice.
