There's no up or down in space. There should be an equal amount of pics showing Antarctica as the north pole. But every pic of earth from space shows the world as canada being at the top and not Australia. if you search 'earth from space upside down' all you get is people making fake images of what the earth would look like if it's upside down.

Also all of these earth pics are taken from afar so it's not due to satellites being launched from northern hemisphere and thus taking the pic at that angle.

ADDITIONALLY: Why is the sun never visible in the pictures, like when it should have rotated to the far side of the earth and be visible behind the earth in the pic.

Thank you for the awesome pic.
Just so you know, I was just having fun with the OP's hilarious logic on photo orientation.

You really think those aren't manipulated images, and the atmosphere and sun actually look like that?

It depends on your definition. Every magazine shot in the world is fake but its a real model and the picture actually took place. Id link you to some raw photos but that would be cobsidered fake too

If the sun was behind the Earth, the camera would be in the shadow, like an eclipse. That would make a horrible picture of the Earth. If you don't understand the concept, consider maybe the pictures were taken at night.

Speaking of night, why are most pictures taken in the day time? Probably another conspiracy to hide the fact that night doesn't exist. How many times have you stayed up all night to be sure it's really dark all that time? Most people are asleep, literally and figuratively. /s

I was riffing off the OP's hilarious "orientation of a photo" logic.
