With binoculars or telescope, the hull of the ship is visible once more. It is all about perspective and the visual acuity of the observer, not going over a curve. No curve in Lake Michigan where Chicago skyline is clearly visible with the naked eye, even the bases of the buildings, over 60 miles away and viewing from the beach. This is inexplicable in your model.

Really? So whip out your telescope and view Burj Khalifa from your porch. Better yet zoom past the Burj and focus tightly on that huge ice wall barrier of the earth you people claim exists. You can see celestial objects thousands and thousands and thousands of miles away with a telescope but you can't see Mt everest from the same location. Lmfao. Go troll some other simpleton

There are obstacles and haze from clouds and condensation obstructing the line of sight, and moreover the light cannot be resolved at such distance (acuity). Our eyes cannot see things that are trillions of miles distant.

There are obstacles and haze from clouds (like on the ground?) obstructing every object from every angle from every vantage point on Earth? Infrared can see through haze. That's a more significant scientific finding that Earth being flat. You should be published in a journal and awarded a science-man prize.
